I think i would use the "reevaluate the nice-to-have features later" technique. Even though this technique cannot really be applied to project three because we don't have weeks of usability. But all the little features we had, like tabs, changing of the search bar, and loading of the next video in the background for the user might not even be wanted. I think that if we added one of these features and saw where it went exactly (with the users), and if the users really even want or need these features. But since we do not have weeks of the product on the market I will never really know what the user wants or needs and what they think is irrelevant.
